I used Dr. Garcia and it was great. No issues....no problems. I DID have a little nausea the Wednesday and Thursday at the hotel (post surgery) but after that, no issues. I am 7 weeks post surgery and, counting the week prior to surgery where I clear liquided, I am down almost 50 pounds......

The Ensure I am using has 25g protein, 3g of fiber, 5g sugars...250 calories. It is called Ensure High Protein Shake

I am 30 days post surgery. I have been stuck for the last week. I drink 3-4 Protein shakes a day....either the GNC brand or Ensure. I still do not eat much.....I have an occasional meal of mashed potatoes or refried Beans and two night ago ate a scrambled egg. I sometimes eat a snack of natural Peanut Butter. What am I doing wrong?

what are y'all using to get all that protein? Protein shakes?

I am 3 weeks and 4 days post surgery. I really wanna start working out again.

Surgery was August 13. I am 3 weeks and 3 days post surgery. I am down 23.4 pounds post surgery and down 35 pounds over all.

I donated blood a LOT when I was younger, so my veins are pretty used up. They put it in the top of my hand. After 24 hours, they had to move it. THAT was worst part of my surgery.

Don't be nervous. It was really a good experience. Had I not gotten nauseus on Wed/Thursday, it would have been perfect. There was truly very little pain. In fact, I never had "pain", just discomfort. But I was up and walking a few minutes after I woke up in recovery. For me, the worst part of the whole thing was getting the IV.

Tomorrow, I will be 2 weeks postop. I started this journey at 265 and today I was at 238. Dr. Garcia was awesome!

I am one week post op using Dr Garcia in Tijuana. I used the A Lighter Me company It was 4700 plus air fare. It was awesome. The company was great and Garcia did a great job. highly recommend them.
