Hi your op on the 29th oct that great I have had my band in a 11months and lost 26 kg. ,I am north of the river what area are you around .

I was banded in October lost 18 kg. I find it hard to exercise I have come to a stand still with weight . Due to go back for a fill in march

Hi I,am feeling so low at the moment have been crying thinking I should have listen to my partner ,friends and daughter and not got it in .i just don't know what to do I feel so alone my daughter say s I made my bed and my friends think I,am mad as they have now saw me so upset and my partner has said you got it now so get on with it . I just don't know what to do anymore and I am in so much pain in my shoulder and head -

Hi I just hope it gets better I have just phoned my daughter to go get me a heat pad will try that . Finding it hard what to eat in Hosptial there were given me clear Soup. Jelly and ice cream. Am on day 3. This morning I had up and go. lunch soup and weight watcher. Ice cream and I feel yuck I take it everyone on the site is from US. I,am in Australia

Hi I was banded on Wednesday ended up in ICU feel like crap the pain in my left shoulder won't go away , don't what to eat as I have been told to only drink Fluid for two weeks. I am begin to think I have made a mistake. Get it done. Could be because I am feeling crap
