Ok.. so i'm 3 days away from starting my optifast.. i have read many reviews.. and not i'm nervous as heck about it... i did go by some orange flavored sf powder today to add to it.. to make it taste like a cream cicle.. lol.. if its going to at all.. lol.. anyways.. suggestions would be nice.. i got the vanilla and chocolate powder drinks.. the chicken soup and some berry, chocolate and peanut butter bars.. am im suppose to have 6 servings a day... do i really have to ?? Drink water too right?

I'm having issues w this ..my surgery is August 21st and I just quit 3 days ago...my surgical clearance appt w my surgeon is less than 6 days away ..I'm scared he will change the surgery on me is this possible do all doctors test this before ur surgery ...please help .. Well the doctor called and my surgery was moved up from the 23rd to the 21st ...I start my Optifast diet in 7 days...boo hoo lol ...I'm getting both anxious and nervous at the same time ...I'm trying to prepare myself because I know its going to be a uphill battle.. wish me luck Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using VST

I've been looking at videos online and reading up on everything I can..I think about the excess skin and can't stand that thought ...but ..at the same time I'm making a life changing decision to better my health and so that I can have children...
