  2. Hello all, I am soooo frustrated. I had my sleeve on 6/6/12, and am down 32lbs. I lost 2lbs. Last month, and that is ridiculous to me. It's hard to imagine losing 100lbs n 6mts, or even a year as slow as my weight is coming off, or shall I say not coming off! What is my problem. I exercise, eat right, drink Water, and nothing. Will I lose more than these 32lbs, or will I be stuck and left behind? WHAT DO I DO? HELP ANYONE PLEASE!! :-(

  5. I am 7 weeks out, and haven't lost any weight in almost 3 weeks. Does this subside? I get frustrated, and sometimes wish I never got the surgery b/c it's not doing me any good, but I know for a fact that this is the best decision i've ever made in my life. I think I'm a slow loser, but will not lose faith, anf know that this is just the beginning for me. Just know the weight will come off sooner or later, but it will come off. Best wishes on you journey, Sarinab73
  6. This is definately a battle. You have to be mentally prepared. I forget not to chug water, but when I get so full I throw up it reminds me. I also struggle with weight loss. I am 7 weeks post-op, and haven't really seen a weight drop, if I have, maybe it was a pound. I can't help but think I'm not going to lose anymore. I hope this isn't ongoing, but it's still early. you'll make it, just keep doing what you are doing, and think positive, and everything will fall in place. Best wishes, Sarinab73
  7. I absolutly love the Protein bars made by a company called Premier. The have 30g of protein and taste really good to be a Protein Bar. You can find them at Cosco, Sam's Club, and I believe Meijer. Nature Valley has one, but it only has 10g of protein, and actually taste great. I hope you find this beneficial. Good luck on your journey. Ms. Sarinab73
  8. I'm 7 weeks out, I got my sleeve june 6th 2012. I can eat a bit more, and am starting to be hungry while for the first 6 weeks i couldn't eat, or couldn't stand the smell of food. How hard is it to stretch out your new pouch? I've read some blogs that say it's very hard for it to stretch, and some say it can, and some say it's very easy.
