  2. Where can I find a good beginners weight routine/workout? I am 3 months post op and have not begun a weight regimen yet but I would like to. 12. Mine seem to be random but sometimes after a drink too...maybe coincidence. It's a painful couple of seconds though!!
  13. I am 5 days out of surgery. I keep having pains that feels like my sleeve is contracting/cramping. It lasts for a couple of seconds and is gone. These cramps come and go, rather inconsistently... Anyone experience this? Is it normal? Should I get it checked out? Thanks for your help! Otherwise, I am doing great!!!

  16. I went to Tijuana and had surgery 7/30. Everything went very well. Dr. Garcia was the surgeon. Clean facility. Attentive nurses and doctors. Go to www.ready4achange.com. They coordinate everything except for the travel/flights. I would definitely do it all over again.
  17. We went to the beach the day I was released from the hospital. The hotel lined up an honest, reputable cab driver to take us there. When he dropped us off we asked him to meet us back in two hours to give us a ride back to the hotel. The beach was called Rosarito Beach and it was beautiful! About a 30 minute drive from Tijuana and he charged $25 each way. It was well worth it. There is shopping over there too!
