  1. Tomorrow is the big day!! How is everyone feeling?! I'm starting to become more excited instead of so nervous!
  2. You can do this! My surgery is tomorrow too! Im still in shock that its tomorrow! And a big part of the reason I'm doing this also is to show my Dad he can do it too..his surgery is scheduled for April! Good luck for a speedy recovery!!
  3. 2 DAYS!!! Ahhhhhh! Tomorrow at 3:30 I find out what time my surgery is Friday morning. I'm going to pick up some stuff tonight I want for the hospital and hopefully pack too. How is everyone else getting ready?
  4. I had my pre op testing on Friday! I was nervous all day and when I finally got there it was a breeze! They went over past medical history and only took 2 vials of blood. It was easy! You'll be fine!!

  8. Trust me, you aren't alone with these thoughts. Its as if I could of written them myself. But I know it's just my anxiety getting the best of me. I sat down today and wrote out all my fears for the surgery and then I tore the paper up. Honestly it really helped! I'm not going to let my anxiety stop me, I've come too far. And so have you! Try to stay positive! Good vibes only! We're almost there! (I'm March 1st!)

  11. My surgery is a week away!! I can't believe it! I'm going in for my Pre-Op testing later this afternoon. It's all starting to feel so real! I'm so excited to be on the other side of this soon!

  13. Don't be scared! The 1st day is the hardest, each day will get easier and easier!! You can do this! Your surgery is right around the corner!
  14. Don't beat yourself up over it! Maybe your Protein shakes don't have enough protein in them? I've been drinking Premier and they have 30g of Protein which keeps me full for a few hours, plus the chocolate one tastes just like chocolate milk! You can do this!! Just stay positive and keep your eyes on the prize!!
  15. Thats exactly how I feel! I'm basically constantly nauseous from all of the anxiety. But I'm trying to stay positive!! Thankfully I have a great support system, and having all of you to talk to and share my emotions really does help. I know soon enough we're all going to be posting our before and after pictures and living much better lives! We can do this!

  18. I'm 5 days too! I feel the same way! I can't stop thinking about pizza from my local pizza shop. The cray thing is, I don't even eat it that often. I think it's just my head playing tricks on me! But I'm staying strong!! We're so close!!
