  1. I am hoping to have some surgery sometime in October. I have already started the process so I am really excited about this. It feels right this time. Three years ago I attended a meeting and thought I'd give it one more shot on my own and now when I went to this current meeting I knew it was time. I just wanted to get started with an online support group so once I do have my surgery I have a good group of people to pull knowledge from. I keep thinking that in three months I will have a tool that will help me lose weight. I know it's a life long committment and I am feel I am truly ready. I have already been "practising" and have been making myself do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day. I want to be so completely ready for when the time comes.
