    hey me to ia m only one week post op and im only getting one protein shake in that 170 calories a day for me i am so confused. as for water only about 20-32 oz i need to talk to my doctor i am lost. please help!!!!

    OK so i'm in Florida and i went to a baseball and in 2 day away from my surgery and i cheated i had a small bag of peanuts i was so hungry i hop i didn't mess up my liquid diet started yesterday .i feel so bad it wasn't worth it
