  15. I chose to not tell my boss why I was taking a 3 week FMLA. I told her I was having surgery and it was personal. There was nothing more to be said. I was protected under FMLA. Some employers look at this as elective surgery and can deny time off.
  16. I just bought vitamins that are all in one, so they are all I need to take, from bariatricfusion.com. they are 3x a day, but I'm good with that. They taste good. I was getting sick off my other chewable
  17. My store sells Greek yogurt with honey and in have been eating that since week 2! I even went and had the strawberry today at 3 weeks 2 days. Yummy

  19. Those are looking fantastic! I will be two weeks on Tuesday and I still have the glue on mine and the one from the drain is just pink and healing. Funny how our new holes are all in different spots.
  20. I am on full liquids and I'm allowed cream of wheat. With some milk of course and very soupy. I eat approx 2oz.
  21. That's a week and 2 days I've already spoken to my NUT, I'm good. Staying right on with what I'm allowed. Today I've switched to a pre made Atkins shake and I've had half of it with no issues other than a lot of belly noise. Had some Greek yogurt (2.5 oz) and my sleeve is much happier. Fingers crossed the pre made works. Next step will be isopure. (Too expensive at over 5 a bottle)
  22. Congrats Tanya and Tiffany. Each day gets better. (Couldn't imagine throwing up..ouch) get up and walk when you can, it made a huge difference for me.
  23. So sorry to hear! Get some rest. Wishing you a speedy recovery
  24. I was told they where giving me a drug mix that would basically cause amnesia. They told me I would most likely not remember going into operating room. I was so thankful. After I spoke with my surgeon and everyone else they drugged me and I do remember saying in the or , lord its cold in here. That's it.
