  1. I use "Ease into 5k" you can listen to your own music and it has voice prompts to tell you when to run and when to walk. It also keeps a journal of your runs (mileage, time, pace.) I'm on week three and really enjoying it.
  2. When I was heavier I only shaved to my knee. As I've lost weight I've started wearing more shorts and as a result shaving all the way up my leg, lol. I've noticed the bumps too and just chalked it up to ingrown hairs from shaving now.
