I'm having the same problem at 4.5 months out. Hair coming out in clumps, it's everywhere! I cut my hair about a month ago hoping that shorter hair wouldn't fall out as much but it seems worse. I really hope it stops soon!

5'2" SW - 215 Day of surgery - 204 (July 11, 2012) CW - 172 Goal - 130 (half way there!)

I was sleeved on July 11th... down 34 pounds so far. I try to exercise at least 4 days a week but it's sometimes hard with kids, work, etc. I thought I would be losing faster than I am, I seem to be losing about 2.5lbs per week. But then again, how many people can say they lost 34lbs in less than 2 months! Hoping to be at my goal by the end of the year! Good luck to all of you and keep up the good work!

I had surgery with Dr. Kelly on July 11th and was thrilled with the whole experience. One of the most memorable parts of my trip was the broth at that restaurant. It was amazing! I've seen references on VST calling it "Magical Mexican Broth"... LOL! They will deliver it to the hotel too!

Ultimately, you'll have to wait to speak with Dr. Kelly but I would start drinking lots of water to help get it out of your system. Good luck!

I came home from Mexico on day 5 post-op and had gained 2lbs. Very discouraging but I've now lost 10lbs since coming home. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since surgery. Just keep doing what you're supposed to and you will see results. Good luck to you!

<p>My surgeon had pictures of the removed portion. Not what I expected! I saw the sleeve during my swallow (leak) test, it's actually a video of the liquid going through. It's small!

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since my surgery and I've already had a one week stall. I just kept eating and drinking as the doctor ordered and have lost 4lbs in the last week. I believe that as long we keep doing the right things, the weight has to come off. The other thing I keep hearing is to take your measurements, it helps to see those numbers go down even when the scale doesn't budge. Good luck to you!

I'm just 2 weeks out from surgery and haven't had a loss for about 5 days now. Actually up one pound which really sucks! Trying to get as much protein as possible and drink lots of water...

Hi Paulie - Thanks for posting, I enjoyed reading your story! I just got home yesterday, sleeved on July 11th. I was extremely pleased with my experience and can't say enough good things about Dr. Kelly, OMAR and Cecy. I already miss Omar! He is the greatest! I can't believe how much time and attention he gives to the patients. Dr. Kelly too! How many doctors take their patients out to dinner??? I'm so glad I did this! Look forward to updates from you!
