Hey, Andrea. Just wanted to say hi and let you know I am also getting sleeved at GBMC on Jan 29 with Dr. Moein. Feel free to send me a private message if you want to chat. Have you been to any of the GBMC support groups? I haven't yet.

It's on my mind constantly too. I have 2 more NUT appts and then I should get my date.

I have set a goal to complete one 5k per month starting with a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. I plan to walk that one but will build on that to run future ones.

Waiting to have my date scheduled but I am thinking it will be mid-January. Having surgery at GBMC in Towson, Maryland.

I am hoping for a January date too. I will finish my 6- month visits in December.

I am 3 months into the process, as well. I am 37. I am looking to have surgery in Jan. So far, I have completed all my pre-op tests just need the 6 months completed. I, too, was nervous about upper GI but it wasn't Bad.
