I had surgery in June and I feel great. I am down 62lbs and I have dropped 10 pant sizes. From a 26-28 to a 18-20. I fit into my Lawman jeans I bought 3 years ago that didn't fit. They were my incentive jeans. Now they are my looking to be to big jeans. Love my sleeve!!!!! I had an accident on 9-6-12, I was hit by a truck pulling into my driveway. It was a horrible accident and I have missed my exercise and playing outside with my kiddos. I am very lucky not to have been injured any worse than I was. My weight loss has been my goal to pull me through my injuries. This is my possitive. Good luck on your weight loss to all.

Congrats on your surgery! You will feel much better in a week. You will be surprised when you get on the scale. I lost really good on my two week liquid diet pre-surgery. Good luck to you!

I am so sorry to hear you have had such a negative experience with your weight loss. I agree that counseling is going to be your best advice. Take control of yourself and get back on track. The new person you have become is not going to let you down. Do not let your weight get out of control. We all know how hard it is to get it off. Br proud of who you are and find your sense of self and strength. Good luck to you!

Yes, the infection started from the inside. It was caused from surgery. My best advice is to call your doctor's office and have them run some blood work. I was in the hospital for four days in terrible pain. I hope you feel better soon.

I had set up an infection from surgery three weeks after. It sounds to me like the exact same thing I had. See your doctor NOW!!!!!! My incision on the left side has been repoened and i pack it twice a day. I was very sick the longer you wait to longer it will take to heal.

I would much rather wait until I am healed. This has been a very painful experience. I am on the mend and I feel great. Good luck with your last 6lbs!! I can't wait for my countdown!

Well I have done great with exercise and weight loss. I am down 41lbs since the start of my two week liquid diet before surgery starting May 28. I was feeling great then after hitting the gym on June 28th I could not stand without severe pain in my stomach. I was very scared I had over done it in the gym but after being in pain for 4 days and a catscan, I was admitted with an infection and had to have my incision opened. Very painful!!!!! stayed in the hospital for four days and am seeing a wound care specialist and have been packing my incision. I am feeling much better now and am anxious to get back in the gym. I am wondering if I should wait until the incision is closed frrom the inside before returning to my routine? I do not want to go back into the hospital.
