  1. Oh my goodness I expected some hair loss post surgery (6/25/12), but in the last week it has increased a lot. I have fine hair to begin with so I am panicking. I started 5 mg of Biotin and a complete multi formula vitamin right after surgery. Both formulated for baratriac patients. At first the loss was was a bit more than normal shedding, but in the last week lots of hair coming out. This morning it was falling down my back when I got out of the shower. I noticed last week a difference in my hair thickness or I should say thinness. Any suggestions? How long will it last? Oh and I am very careful to get plenty of protein.

I wish out the best, you deserve it!
  5. In the morning I dice up some thin sliced ham and put in a small fry pan, then I poor in egg beaters and break up a slice of lite Swiss cheese on top. You can add salsa if you like. It fills me up and sometimes I take half for lunch. Cottage cheese is good, canned tuna or canned chicken, you can doctor it up by adding celery and other ingredients.
