  1. I am eight weeks post op today. I have only lost 36 lbs including preop liquids. I think I am doing everything I am supposed to be..... 60 - 90grams of protein a day, plenty of fluids, moderate exercise three days a week.... I've lost VERY LITTLE in the last four weeks. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???? I am seeing changes in my clothes but not on the scales!
  2. Tell me about the rice.... Do you tolerate it well???
  3. I also had surgery May 30. I've found that protein shakes are still VERY hard on my stomach, My dr said to continue to try a little at a time and it will get better. I've lived on Greek yogurt. This is not something I cared for in the past but I found a brand I really do like... Yoplait. I eat a couple of bites and stick it back in the fridge. A bit later, I get a couple more bites. I'm really feeling pretty good at this point. Dr also suggested Gatorade because plain water is hard on your stomach... Just a thought. Hope it helps.
