  3. Thanks. I haven't weighed myself since I got home because I want to be surprised when I go to the doctor and he weighs me.
  4. Just give it time he might need air to breath. You just need to take it easy for a couple of weeks and if you hear nothing from him, then move on. Remember you have a son and he probably doesn't like seeing his mother so upset. Hold strong for him. If you boyfriend can't see what he is missing out on, then it is his loss, not yours.
  5. Hey let me out of the hospital early because I did everything I was suppose to. I was up an walking 7 hours after surgery. If I wasn't sleeping I was walking and if I wasn't walking I was sleeping. I have been out of the hospital for three days now, my surgery was four days ago. I do feel like I am getting better. Pain has gone down a little bit. Also I am able to eat and drink a lot better. By that I mean I don't feel like it is getting stuck every two seconds. I eat when I am suppose to and I drink a lot of water. I am still on the liquids diet though. It's not as bad as it sounds. Lots of fluids though. I had to start the protein yesturday though because my hair is already starting to fall out. No big deal. Just wanted to give you all an update.

  8. That's what I think. I needed help losing weight and I knew they could help. They did too. I lost so much weight in the five months of prepping for surgery. I am now heading home.
  9. Thank you. And I will pray that everything will go great when you get your surgery. Shelbi

  11. Your welcome, then the sleeve would be better for you.
  12. Thank you. I try to look at things with a possitave atitude because life seems easier that way. Lol.
  13. I will pray for you. Go with the one that you think is best for you. I was going to get the bypass but my doctor said that I should get the sleeve instead because I am very healthy. I chose the sleeve because he did make since. The bypass is mainly for people who have a lot of problems. The sleeve is for people who want to fix the problem before it becomes a problem. That is in my opinion. If you believe the sleeve is best then get the sleeve. You are paying for it. It is your choice. Good luck
  14. I am in pain, but it is very light pain. It's like getting your gall bladder out. The pain comes and goes. If I had to rate my pain. One being the best and ten being the worst, I would rate it at a three right now. Of corse I am ready to take my meds soon. I am about to leave the hospital. Thank you for saying I am an inspiration. I have never been told that before. Trust me those months will pass by.
  15. I will thank you. Come to think of it. Sitting in this chair in my room. I am loving my body more and more every hour. My feet used to hurt, but now they feel normal. I am do happy.
  16. On all those diets I was on before surgery made me lose a lot of weight. I started at 218 pounds, they told me I was just a couple pounds under. I knew I needed help losing weight so I gained weight I went to 224, then I was ok to go. In three Months on the step one diet I went from 224 to 215. Then a month later I went to 215 to 210. I lost all the weight I needed to. At this time I was on step two. I didn't know when to go on step three. Oops. I went to see my surgeon on Monday and they weighed me at 208. He told me to go on step three now. Yesterday they weighed me before my surgery and I was at 202. I have 93 pounds to go. My weight loss I going great. Soon I will be healthy and love my body
  17. I am great. Here pretty soon I will get up and walk around
