  6. Hey Dinnh, The first day is the worst... You will get use to it. Believe me I know where you are coming from, headaches and all, I didn't think I was going to make it past the first day but I did and I am on my fourth day...but I can have a fat free lunch(lean meat, fresh veggies). Just stay focused on the New Journey and how much this short term inconvenience is going to help you live Longer!!! Hang in there and keep your Eye on the Prize(a new You)
  7. I will keep you posted for sure!! Now I am on my liquid diet for 2 weeks, the first day was something else. I got through it and now on Day 3.

  10. Hey Jazzeeja, my surgeon is Dr. Clayton Frenzel and I am being sleeved at Forest Park in Dallas...I am actually in GrandPrairie. How is it going??? I a trying to find a good tasting ready made Protein drink...Any suggestions?
