Okay Guys so I got my adjustment done and he took out .2 thought I was okay big nono soon as I left kept vomiting everything had to go back for another -.2. Ml so now I can breathe swallow and eat good I'm now at 5.8 ml in a 6 ml band

I agree no way to be living taking the 2.5 hr drive to get unfilled as we speak

For my fourth fill on sat and since then lost 6 lbs due to me puking everything including liquids . My stasis to go in ASAP for an adjustment but I'm so happy that I had started to loose weight how much should he take out I have a 6 cc band and have 6.2 cc in it

Thanks to everybody my diet continues as normal eating snacks here and there and eating way more then a cup of food and very lil water I am 5'2 160lbs how many calories should I be eating a day

SO frustrated got banded on may 19 and only lost 20 lbs first two months lately I'm stuck at 160 and can't seem to drop below that what should I do to continue dropping I have a 10 cc band and have 5 cc in it . Do I need another fill. Because I still get hungry like normal just get stuck a lot .

I think what has me messed up with what to eat us that I did not meet with a nutritionist because I ha it done in Mexico so I basically got it fine with out any post op instructions

That's great u have met ur goal . I haven't yet , but sure hope to stuck to eating healthy which I haven't lately .
