Yea that wouldn't be really high in calories..just the sodium which is HORRIBLE as long as you don't eat too much every day. Everything in moderation! I actually have talked to someone on here that drank those post op b/c that is all she could hold down and it didn't kill her. Anyway, Good luck with everything!

Sounds like you are getting them down! I bought the frozen unsweetened peaches & strawberries this evening at walmart, i fugure I can definitely use them to make things better & different! The Plain unsweetened Almond Milk has 40 calories and 1 or 2 carbs, It's really not much at all!!! And they even have the ones that are in the cartons that are shelf stable that don't have to be refrigerated until opening which is nice for me b/c I don't ever just stay at home, i'm always going somewhere so now I can just keep an unopened carton with me which is great! I'll try the fuzzy navel again tomorrow with the peaches & let ya know how i like it!

Good grief! You poor thing! I have always been constipated just from taking all this pain medicine for years but never to the extent that you are in that much pain! I tell ya what got me going after a 7 day stint- a big glass of WARM Prune juice mixed with Mirilax! That worked! Good luck!

Good GOD that was AWFUL! OK so i remember I HATED wearing my shorts/pants below my actual waist, which is just below the belly button. Well of course after getting into anything over a 36/38 I HAD to wear it under my waist, which meant UNDER my belly(yuck). Well I guess I had just forgotten that my pant size really isn't my true pant size because I'm not wearing it on my waist! So as I said I measured, well where I have been wearing my pants I am a 44, well where my waist really is, I'm a FREAKING 53! GROSS! I was totally disgusted! I am an EFFIN WHALE! It makes me really sad to know I am this big because I didn't know I was that big! Anyway, I just wanted to complain! Thank God this surgery is in 17 days! Johnathan

Soooo today I had to go to Walmart to exchange a personal blender for a NINJA system b/c it didn't crush ice quite as well as I thought it should, and the NINJA came with 2 cups and a big blender too, and it has 4 blades and 550Watts vs the 250Watts the other one had, needless to say it will work much better. Anyway, after checking out, i'm heading out the door and this BEAUTIFUL guy walks in front of me, he's slim, cute, dressed cute(bermuda shorts and a t) and I think WOW! Of course I would have loved to taken him out but we all know right now that's not going to happen! Well, A year from now I will be THAT GUY! I know I get told I'm cute, and I am cute, and I'll tell ya, I was cuter before I put on this last 40lb,but my body is not cute! Really honey, IT'S NOT CUTE! I absolutely CAN'T WAIT until I am that guy! The guy that walks in, and people look at me because I look great, not because I'm fat! I will be the guy that has that bubble ass that people stare at LOL SO, I will be that guy, give me a year and you'll see! This next year is going to change so much in my life! My body, MY HEALTH, A new job, and I hope to find a great man! (Big Romantic here lol) I just had to say something about this experience today lol. I did but I mixed it with vanilla almond milk and I think that took away from the taste of the Protein Powder. I bought some unflavored almond milk to try again with. I did try the Fuzzy Navel with the unflavored almond milk and i did like it pretty well! It wasn't overly sweet or anything. I also bought some frozen peaches to put in the fuzzy navel next time i make it, maybe tomorrow morning? And I also bought some frozen strawberries to try with vanilla torte. I'm also waiting on my 1lb tub Unflavored Syntrax nectar to come in the mail, as i figure i'll use it after surgery with stuff to keep up on my protein with my blended and liquids, as well as add it to Crystal Light waters. I'm also still waiting to get my "About Time" protein powder samples so I can try them. I'm figuring maybe tomorrow they will be here.

Girl I KNOW what you mean about sweating! I have gotten to where i sweat so badly!!! It really bothers me! I can't wait to not sweat like a damn pig anymore!

OK BETSY! You get those skinny jeans and hooker boots! I wanna see a picture of that when you make it!!!! I like you have been overweight since grade school! I can't wait to be able to wear normal size clothes, shop ANYWHERE I DAMN WELL PLEASE!! Not have to ask to ORDER something in my size, or go into American Eagle and not find anything and have to go home and order it online since they don't carry for 40 or 42 in the store! As much as we all like to talk this sure is a quiet forum!!!

Oh and so everyone knows, I will be in Louisiana (best friend lives there and will help me after surgery)for at least 2 weeks after surgery if not 4 weeks bc I think I'll have a follow up at 1 month and I know I'm not going to be able to drive myself 9 hours home within a couple weeks(at least I don't see the dr wanting me to do that).

Thank You all for the responses!!! Just so everyone knows I'm only buying another 12 pack of the samples of nectar. I'm not buying big cans bc I know my taste buds can change after surgery. I am planning on getting a can of the unflavored unjury bc I'll mix it with stuff to get my Protein. But no other big cans until after I know what I like. I have wipes too! Lol

Just got my cashiers checks to send to The Surgeon, Asst. Surgeon, Anasthesiologist, and Surgery Center! I am elated!!!! I've got 18 day and I'll be on the losers bench! Woo Hoo!!

I'm still 2 weeks away from leaving to go to Louisiana to stay with my best friend where I'm having my surgery done but, I'm headed to my moms and were going shopping online and i figured I'll get as much as I can now So I don't forget b4 I leave in 2 weeks. Thanks y'all!
