  7. Ps I may not know u but I'll pray for u as well
  8. I don't know if you believe in praying but that's the best thing you can do. Put all ur worries and fears in The hands of God and trust in Him that all will turn out fine. Pls update us after ur surgery! Good luck and God bless

  10. Since you lost so much weight have you had problems with loose skin. That's my biggest worry.
  11. Thank u!!! I appreciate the uplifting spirit and advice!!
  12. July 9th!!!! I'm overly excited!! Also overly worried to keep my 14lbs off that the Dr asked me to loose before the surgery. I'm mostly on liquids now and it is extremely hard not to eat much. I'm always cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for my family and to not have what they are eating is hard. To pass the time start going to the gym and try toning because after the surgery and all the weight loss you don't want flabby skin. Try water aerobic or weights.
  13. Did the dr have u see a therapist before u got the surgery?
  14. Ive been researching the GBYpass for about 10 years already. Went to classes and all. I stopped for a long while and didn't go thru with the surgery cuz I was told u can never eat meat again. Well I was told wrong. The beginning of the year I started taking classes and learning about the sleeve. Well let's just say I'm 110% sure on the sleeve. I have my Pre op apt July 3rd and my surgery July 9th. I'm super excited. Anyone got suggestions how to loose weight before the pre op? I lost 7lbs already but still need 7 lbs more. Help pls!!!
