  2. vegetarian life is ok a little confusing at times but the past two days i cooked for my son and it was fried chicken red beans rice and cornbread and i ate the chicken. but its only been like 3 weeks
  3. I KNOW PPL who followed everything like they were suppose to and are still losing very slowly. everyones body is differant. for example myself i am pear shaped and my upper body loses way before the lower half catches up. i looked at my face and neck today and they were so damn skinny, looked at the lower half and was like wow. see i did my research and i have a lot of substantal fat which is the most stubborn. a lot of ppl who loses really fast, well they are heavier on top. ie men. so yes they will lose way more faster. and the women that are heavier on top also. i am a slow loser but i have not gained any weight either. and yes it might take me 12-18 months to get to goal but guess what i will get there, maybe not in 6 months like most ppl here. but i also would like to see those ppl down the road.
  4. super, is successful i think that is forgotten, she might not got to goal your way but guess what she got to goal. thats it and thats all.

  9. sue peeps i eat fresh veggies everyday. my main staple of choice is kale, bok choy broccoli, asparagus
  10. super thanks again, ive been researching and because i am pear shaped i have a lot of substantial fat if i spelled it right. it takes way longer to burn off than lets say a rounder person meaning the apple shape who carry most of thier weight in the upper regieon, i noteced my top half is really small but the bottom has not caught up. i am at peace now knowing about your story its just goingto take me longer than 6 months to reach goal.
  11. erp what are mock meats. i recently found out texturized protien is not good for you because of a chemical they use to seperate the protien and fiber in soybeans. i have found some good stuff at trader joes to eat but mostly processed but i do watch the sodium and because i cant eat mch i eat less of the serving anyway
  12. super :) your are super cool in my book. you have just said everything i have tried to say but i have a hard time putting things into words. thank you so much for that. 17. Calling all veggies, I need your help, I am new to this and need ideas so far I am doing well. trying to eat the complete protiens and trying not to eat the processed soy that a chemilcal is used to seperate the fiber from the protien. and trying to eat veggies that have more portien and making them a complete protein. so please chime in old and new veggies since the sleeve
