  1. I'm in the Metrowest area. I was banded June 18 th at bidmc
  2. I use the injury chocolate splendlor, it's yummy, and no aftertaste. I also really enjoy the Atkins drinks taste wise and there ease of being on the go. I also like nectars chocolate truffle, cappuccino, and their cookie and cream flavor. I was not a fan of the isopure, I found they leave a funny aftertaste. I also did not like myoplex, or gelaprotein in fruit punch, I like the orange flavor though. I hope that helps.
  3. Was the split pea soup homemade? Did you add protein to it?
  4. Hey guys, I had my surgery June 18, 2012, so I am just starting the 4 th stage. Does anyone have any ideas for meals that are easier to prepare and bring to work? Or any tips on how you remind yourself to stop drinking fluids without constantly staring at the clock. I thought I would have been excited for real food, but instead I'm extremely nervous- the shakes feel safe. Can anyone relate?
  5. I would love to find one in my area too

  9. So I was banded on June 18 th so I am still on liquid diet, but I'm looking forward to real food again. I've been reading alot about people not being able to eat carbs or bread in this case. I remember my surgeon saying I would be able to but in smaller portion. Is that true?
