I felt this way for the first couple of days... It was broth and jello and tons of water... I had to get some chewable gas-x (store was out of strips).. after three days it felt like it loosened up and I was able to get more broth down..
Good Luck! I've only a week and a half out of Surgery so I don't know what a fill feels like but I've been told that's when it really start to work.. I wish you the best in your journey.... I can't way to see your success..
It's been so so...Day one.. it was just drinking...but the next morning when the hospital brought my Jello and broth I was soo happy and ready to eat but couldn't eat much... I did loose grits today and slowly started back on my Meal Replacement shakes..
Thanks Everyone! I'm feeling a little better every day... Dr B. found a hernia while installing my band which increased my pain level but its been going well the last few days...

My name is Jarrin J. I'm 25 years old and I was banded on 5/31/2012. This was a decision that I had be considering for quite sometime and i finally did it. I want to start a family with my wife and I want to make sure that I was around to be a father to our kids. I'm @ my heaviest weight 483 :-( and I'm look forward to this being a successful journey.
