  1. I had my band on 5-30 and am still having some chest pain. I called the doc this morning and they told me its normal and in 2 weeks I will be able to drink normally and won't even know I have the band. Remember, we are in a healing process so this pain in normal. I would be careful taking any over the counter products. I did end up buying some children's tylenol which has helped with the pain. However, if you are having any trouble breathing call tour doc right away!
  2. I know this is only my 5th day post op but I'm getting friggen tired of this stupid liquid diet already!! I do know how important it is for my stomach to heal but if anyone has any suggestions for something "new" I would appreciate it. I've been through popsicles, lipton cup of soup, thinned yogurt, crystal lite etc. thanks!
  3. Today is my 5th day post band surgery and I was totally having "buyers" remorse. I'm glad I found this forum and can tell you I feel better today. This is going to be a one day at a time process, glad I'm not alone.
