  1. Wait till you get to Sarcasm Specialist.
  2. It's a slang term. Kind of like asking if you like it leaded or unleaded.
  3. If you are strict vegetarian, you ate likely not going to find a solution in the form of a whole unprocessed food. You can however get your Protein requirements filled by using alternatives such as : Hemp Protein powder TVP (textured vegetable protein) Soy Protein powders or RTD Sifted vegetable Proteins Just remember, almost all vegetarian proteins are not complete proteins. So you will need to use a protein blend or have several different protein sources. There are definitely obsticals to overcome doing this 100% vegan, but it can be done. Now if you were willing to do the lacto-vegetarian or ovo-vegetarian thing it becomes super easy very quickly.

  5. "Forget the Ramen packages...mix together a dry onion soup mix envelope, a dry veggie soup mix and two or three chicken bullion cubes (smushed up) brew it like tea and he will drink it like it was Bourbon!! Much cheaper than those expensive ( ) packages. " Found that on another forum
  6. If you like the taste of ramen noodles, I'd highly recommend getting some Unjury chicken soup. I've always said that it tases like chicken ramen & you get some very high quality protein too.
  7. In that case I'd recommend the Cytosport RTD or VPX Protein rush. These are both ready to drink, and the Cytosport is also 100% whey protein isolate which is a very high quality protein. Both are available at the Vitamin Shoppe in their cooler so you can get them individualy and try them before buying a case.
  8. This is kind of a trick question. Let's start with what you mean by "best". Are you wanting: 1.highest quality most bioavailable protein 2. most convenient 3. Best tasting I can give you a different answer for each category. Or you can list 1-2-3 in the order of importance to you & my suggestion might change completely.
  9. It matters to us. It's kinda like asking "does it matter how breasts look as long as they serve their function?".
  10. Looks like OP is very young. It's a type of shorthand used a lot in text & twitter where characters are limited. It's their preference I guess, but if they would like people to read what they type, then it should be typed in long form rather than shorthand.
  11. Don't worry, I can tell you , yes, it's because fat is an insulator. But if you are a naturally warm person, over time you will adjust to having less insulation. It'll never be like before, but you won't feel like you are freezing all the time either. Besides, this is a great excuse to buy a nice new coat, jacket, parka, hoodie, & a few hats too.
  12. Some surgeons don't do leak tests, some ppl here are still pre op. personally, not only did I live it, I was given a DVD of mine.
  13. One of my early tricks was to mix 1 scoop of nectar fuzzy nava,l 1 packet of Oceanspray cran-peach into a 1 liter bottle of water. You don't even notice you are drinking protein because it is so thin & light tasting.
  14. If you are jail broken, you can dl an app called installous, that program can reinstall a previous version of he app (if they have it)
  15. My 2¢. I keep my lawn mowed....... It makes the tree look bigger!!!...... Also I highly recommend waxing over shaving. I know, waxing doesn't sound very masculine, but it really is the best treatment. I have my pits, scrotum, upper inner thighs (bikini area), & between the cheeks done. I'm not really an exceptionally hairy person. But if you happen to be, I'd also highly recommend having your back waxed as well. It will hurt the first couple times, but the returning hair gets smaller & smaller, so each time you go it becomes less painful. Another benefit of waxing is you only need to do it every 4-8 weeks. And no irritating stubble to deal with.
  16. This is a very common problem, many of us deal with it by participating in a weekly weigh in thread. Then we put our scales away again till next week. You are welcome to join us if you'd like http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/28362-super-saturday-weigh-in/
  17. I'm with Bean on this one. I too am have reached the point where, for the most part, it's up to me now. You are not alone. I can eat anything. I can say for the most part I don't want fried foods or greasy meats, mostly because of how they make me feel, not ill, but greasy sweat and stuff like that. I can also say, hydration is key, I've noticed on weeks that my Water intake is low, I don't typically see a loss you've done so well, don't get discouraged now, you're only 6 months into your new life. You know what to do, and how to do it. Now, as Nike says, "Just do it".
  18. Here you go http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEhZKJvR-ec&feature=youtube_gdata_player
  19. It's not going to hurt you to have the extra protein. It basicly amounts to extra cost & calories with no benefit. What you might try is mixing a double batch of your shake then divide it into 3 parts. That would bring it to 25g per serving. Or make your shake w/ 1/2 scoop of powder. That would make it about 25g also. Btw, I love your choice in surgeons (great minds & all). Tell Trish that Shain says hi.
