That is so exciting!!! Dr.Strom is my doctor as well so hearing your story gives me a lot of hope congratulations

I don't get 15 min brakes but I'm gonna try to get a few steps in on my lunch break thanks.

Had lap band surgery Friday afternoon just called my doctor I have discoloration and swelling around one of my incisions he assured me its fine buy I'm extremely concerned... Is this normal? I know where they put the port is a larger incision but I would really like some advice.

I've been reading all these posts from ppl who feel great after surgery I've been able to walk around but I'm still in a lot of pain.

I'm so excited and nervous, it hasn't been easy with all of the doctor appointments and testing I've had to squeeze in with a full time job and a toddler. But I'm so happy I decided to get the lap band I'm not sure what to expect after the surgery as far as my hospital stay is concerned. I don't really want to stay at the hospital I'm also not sure if the hospital will allow my fiance to stay with me...

I started my pre op diet may 22 not really looking forward to the cookouts but good luck!
