  1. Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I think I will do more research on this. I'm with you OneSassyChick79- I thought it wasn't supposed to happen to sleevers but to people who get a gastric bypass. Interesting.
  2. That happened to me and I didn't know what it was either. I don't know if it was a slight allergy but it also happens to me if I have something with a lot of sugar regardless of quantity. Hmmmmmmmm. Maybe someone can offer some insight because it is a little freaky when it happens.
  3. Thank you so much! Sounds DELISH!
  4. You look amazing! Thanks for posting your success because it motivates me and I'm sure others. Keep it up girlfriend!
  5. Man I totally understand where you guys are coming from. Usually I remember but not always and you feel so shitty when you do eat too fast. Ugghhhh
  6. LOL. No Not yet- I'm 7 weeks out and it's never happened. I pray it never will- thought that was only supposed to happen when you are 80 and older.
  7. That is so sweet of your hubby. That being said, do you think you can lay on your stomach? I am sure they can massage you in side position if you can't. I don't think you really need to say much to the therapist unless they plan on massaging your belly. Other than that! ENJOY!
  8. Ditto. Same for me. Except the wrestling part
  9. Me too. I just bought smaller plates and bowls and really listen to my body when I am getting full.
  10. WOW! Thanks for the motivation! You look soooooo good! You must feel like a new person! Amazing! Congrats!
  11. That is a really good question! I set my goal. It was higher than what my doctor said by 20 pounds but I felt my best at 160/155 which I weighed five years ago. But that is a really good thing to question. And I think there is a lot of "play" with the goal weight. For me- getting down to a size 11/12 or even a 9/10 would be a dream come true. And there is so much to consider- bone size, how do you carry your weight, body fat ratio, and comfort in your own body.
  12. Oh man, I feel you but be careful. I am scared to try anything with bubbles.
  13. You are an inspiration to all of us! You look truly amazing! You must feel like a new person! All the best to you!
  14. Girlfriend- you just made the best decision of your life! And you will have loads of support on your entire journey if you keep coming back here. I am 7 weeks out and thought the process has been pretty easy- no regrets and wish I would have done it years ago. You are going to love the results and on top of that- the benefits of having the surgery is a list a mile long. Good luck and I wish you all the best.
  15. How exciting!!!!!!! I was sooooo excited when I was two days out. I am 7 and a half weeks now and thought the whole experience was so easy that why in the hell didn't I do it years ago! You are going to be soooo happy with the results! Good Luck and all the best!!! Yohoo!
  16. Yup. When I would lie on my left side my stomach would get sore too- I think it is perfectly normal. I found myself switching side to side more often and that seemed to help, especially when I laid on my right side it felt better. I am 7 weeks out and can finally sleep ON my stomach without any pain which is nice. But I think my stomach was sore up until 5 weeks. Hope that helps!
  17. That is amazing! 100 pounds- you are an inspiration to all of us! Thank you for sharing your anniversary with us. Cheers to your continued success.
  18. I am 7 weeks out and doing interval training on the treadmill and lifting weights every other day along with core.
  19. I have heard from numerous doctors that it will grow back. I am holding them to it!
  20. Not yet but it's a goal! What a kick ass program! I'm only 7 weeks post surgery and plan to go the first of the year.
  21. Thanks for sharing! How the hell did you get myfitnesspal on here? I am addicted to myfitnesspal. What an amazing tool!!!
  22. Thanks for your feedback. Do you feel like you do anything different when you are plateauing? I.E. more calories, less calories, more or less exercise? Just curious.
  23. Ditto! Hope we can find some answers with your post. Great question!
