I am just happy that it is finally happening, so I will take what I can get!!

I have my pre-op visit in 1 week. I am hoping they will give me a strict pre-op diet so I can get my body ready and possibly lose a few pounds before I start this journey. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me prepare???
