Telling People...
So, part of me wants to just make a "tell all" status update on FB about my upcomng surgery. The other part of me is afraid of the responses. Should I tell people? Should I not? Anyone have experience?

Omg Omg! It's Getting Closer!
August 13th. I am getting nervous. I'd never admit that to my family, but it's true! I start my clear liquid preop diet on Friday. I've loaded up on popscicles, Jello and crystal light. LOL Bad news... aunt flo is making her appearance, so this liquid diet is going to SUCK! Not to mention surgery during time of the month isn't ideal either especially having surgery with people I used to work with. LMAO! Oh well.. such is life! I just didn't want to have to deal with that during recovery. Heres to hoping it's an easy one this month. I'm very nervous about what to expect after the surgery.

Things You Need For The Hospital...please Help
I havent had surgery yet, but I am a RN and most hospitals provide you what you need in the hospital. The key is to bring as little "needed" as possible I reccomend chapstick... you're gonna need that! and some comfy clothes to leave the hospital in.
