  1. I am 3 months out and still struggle with nausea. It was helpful to switch back to a liquid diet or soups. Water still makes me sick (completely) I had to substitute drinking non calorie drinks and even flavored water to battle the nausea. I hope this helps a little. The best thing to do is to call your doctor!

  3. I agree with Butter the Bean lol...everyday gets better and better. I sometimes feel as though I miss my stomach because you will never be able to eat like you used to but now that I am 3 months out I feel totally amazing! Stay motivated and it will definitely get better!
  4. Scarflady, Thank you so much for that insight. I am doing much better with the liquids but I know I can drink more. I don't really drink carbonated drinks anymore anyway (makes me have too much gas) lol

Thanks all of you are on point. It was my time of month for one, and I haven't been drinking as much water as I should which I am currently working on. I will continue to work out and eat like I have been. I know I haven't been just gaining fat so maybe it is just muscles. My clothes actually fit much better and I been losing inches and sizes in my bra (which is exciting). I will try to stay motivated! Thanks guys!
  6. Ok, so I may be completely panicking but I had my surgery almost 2 months ago. I had lost a total of 34 lbs. I woke up today to weigh my self and I had gained 2 lbs. Ok so 2 lbs may not seem like a lot but I am in utter panick and starting to feel real sad. I do not understand what's happening and why. I have been eating mostly salads everyday because that's what goes down best and does not make me nauseous. I don't know what else I should do. I have been working out as well, drinking fluids but this is real discouraging. Please anyone with suggestions please please comment. Thanks!
  7. Im excited! I'm getting married August 11,2012 and I've already lost 29 lbs. I can't wait to see how i will look on my wedding day. I've never been happier in my life. We have been tgth for 11yrs and our time has finally come:-)
  8. I have a few clothes that are too small for me now, but the ultimate goal is that I will be fitting into them very soon! It's a huge motivator :-)
  9. That sounds like a good thing to try...I just got to be determined not to weigh myself obsessively lol
  10. I just recently had my surgery on May 3rd and I have huge breasts (40G). I honestly want my breast to get smaller but I am worried they will remain saggy. I just feel that I am too young for my breasts to look that way. I hope mine shrink and become perkier.....anyone with this experience feel free to comment!
  11. Hey! I wanted to write about my worries regarding weightloss. I recently had my surgery May 3rd and so far I have lost 10 pounds since before surgery. I don't know why but I feel worried that I won't see the weightloss like I want to. I weigh myself everyday (I know I really shouldn't) but I just really wonder if I will lose the weight. I am losing weight surely but for some reason I can't imagine myself slimmer and actually getting to my goal weight. Anyone know why I am so worried? I am sure I will lose weight as the months go by....
  12. Hey! I recently had my surgery on May 3rd and have been struggling getting 64oz of fluids daily. I have been drinking lots of fluids but i barely have to urinate....has anyone experienced that? And is it a bad thing?
