  1. Can't wait to get there myself. Luckily I just need to have a pair or two of scrubs to cover half of my week so I really don't need many clothes lol
  2. Just slap it and say "SHUSH!" real loud. That's what I'd do.
  3. Yeah im gonna have to try those out
  4. So Im three weeks out - been trying different solids (doc said ok as long as i chew to the point of puree). Ive been noticing too lately that sometimes Im feeling hungry. I get in my protein daily - i get in my water. Im trying to stay under 800 cals a day for weight loss - ive been snacking on dill pickle spears the last couple of days. I tolerate them fine - and theyre zero cals/carbs. Anyone else snack on them?
  5. Jealous!! Lol sleeved 12/31 - high = 303 today Im 275. Thats 28 lbs in about 3 weeks. Any tips?
  6. Lol most, but not all for sure
  7. Congrats! The time in the hospital sucks but after that its great!
  8. Mine broke a few days ago - i dropped my carbs drastically to 4-5 a day and that seemed to do the trick ?
  9. @iggy - im sorry that i dont know your experience but question - are you still having bad complications? How much weight have you lost? What were your complications? What was your starting weight/bmi? This is not a setup for an attack i just had a couple of curious questions since i dont know your story
  10. Yeah mods should probably lock this one up. Not seeing much constructive coming from it.
  11. Sorry to hear about your sister, but first off you're violating her privacy and HIPAA by releasing her medical history publicly on the net. I had the surgery new years eve. I knew leaks were a possibility as does anyone else who has this surgery. Hell you can die on the table giving birth to a child - do you think every woman should quit going through child birth? It's a known risk you take - sorry it happened to your sister.
  12. You cant. That's his insecurity he needs to get over. He really needs to quit b/c that can be harmful to the relationship if he keeps doing it.
  13. I'm stalled too after that initial. At least we're not alone. I was sleeved 12/31 and stalled now
  14. Thank you - look forward to hearing it. If im a year out at the point i dont see what it would hurt?
  15. Itd kind of be the same deal for me - would love to have loans paid
  16. Obviously prior to surgery I was way too heavy to ever join the military. I'm an RN and will be finishing my bachelor's this fall which means I could enter the service as an officer. I'm tossing around the idea of Air Force or Navy reserves - just a weekend a month and two weeks in the summer. Anyone else considered this? Thoughts?
  17. I feel ya I feel like I'm doing something wrong - luckily like some people say I seem to be still losing inches.. Hopefully that'll keep up.
