Thats great we went white water rafting at the US white water center this past summer. I could barely get a life vest on. We flipped the raft over last time through and it wasn't pretty when the guide tried to pull me back in because the way the vest fit he pulled it right off Did I mention I can't swim! It took a moments to get back in the boat so a life jacket fitting is very important.But thats a great feeling when something you use to not be able to fit in isn't a problem anymore. Congrats.

Skinny pants I want you to know I woke my wife up laughing at this post. I was lying in bed reading it and started laughing. I tried to stop but 350lbs jiggling was enough to wake her up. Ok with all the estrogen voicing I feel I should step in being a man and say I think he's scared of you changing and not being able to keep you. I would love to know the divorce rate and relationship break up post sleeve.weight loss. My wife is supportive of me getting sleeved for health reasons. All 103lbs of her. But she has mentioned me losing weight and going else where. My wife is very beautiful and confident in herself and looks but she still made the comment after 14yrs of marriage. Were that couple that everyone sees out and says to themself why is she with him? It's a natural defense to push away someone you feel may hurt you for some reason. Just my 2cents and the way I would be feeling if I was in his shoes.

Lol root I rode for years then sold mine always regretted it just bought another one (Sport bike) gained 150lbs since I last rode one my belly is in the way now and you say you have no padding now post op I've never had any LoL now I am selling the sport bike to buy a Harley Ultra classic I think I'm to old for the sport bike thing now. The ultra Classic is going to be my post op present to myself. I have to admit I felt over whelmed when I first started back riding but I'm getting the hang back and my wife loves it. I hope I don't change after surgury I love to ride myself .

I'm pre op so I can't answer from experience but I did ask my surgeon he said he used a 40f and stayed tight against it. He said a 40 is the smallest Lighted Bougie they have and with it being lighted he can see exactly where to staple. He said he has heard of surgeons actually stapling into the Bougie and it being a mess to deal with and he would rather be safe than sorry.

Nope funny though Thumper was a nick name I got before I was born my mom gave me because I constantly kicked her and it made a thumping sound and it stuck after I was born And Lloyd is my given name so LloydThumper is my user name

Guys have a hard time with there ego (Did I just say that) we don't like to admit we have issues especially in that dept. my wife is 5'1" and 105lbs soaking wet and I'm 350lbs dry She has a very high sex drive and mine always was to but with weight gain (145lbs over 10yrs) mine died. She was asking me if I was getting it somewhere else and I was in my mind thinking she would go somewhere else if I couldn't keep up so I went and got checked. Now we're like rabbits I'm just a big bunny scared I'm going to break her one day So that's why I'm getting the sleeve so maybe I can keep up with ease again. I married up in my opinion and would do anything to keep my wife we've never had any issues and I want to keep it that way. I'm only looking at your tiny avatar but you look to be an attractive woman and he should want to get checked out for you. He needs to know that to.

Well I'm scared to death of dehydration because even though I suppose to have an office job I do end up working out in our plant alot. Everything puts off heat average temp in the summer is 105 in the plant. Some places as high as 140 (plastic industry) so I wanted it be be starting to get cool. Plus my title is special projects mgr and were in the middle of a couple of large machine installs so I'm needed more now than then. I waited until mid sept because my 14th wedding aniversary is sept 5 and wanted to have fun before I couldn't for a while:)

The comment I made was suppose to be positive but sounded a little conceded. I was referring to the testosterone check because I went through a spell that I didn't want it. ( I had to do it anyway she doesn't take no as an answer with sex) I had my testosterone check and that was the problem. I love my wife as he should you and I would never tell her we've been together to long. Y'all need to talk and he needs to get checked made a world of differance for me.

I think he needs his testosterone checked. Me and my wife have known each other 20 years been married 14 yrs and we keep doing it more and more but since her late 30's peak has hit were like rabbits. But we are one of those sickening couples everyone says get a room. We're affectionate anywhere we are Which can be alot of fun

LOL I am 4 months out and scared to death I hope your around to comfort me when my day comes (sept 12th) I over think everything anyway. But I will say everytime I say I am not sure if I can go through with this the next time I look at a picture of me I say oh yes I am and everytime I eat to much I say oh yes I am. You will be fine My wife calls me a chicken she is 5'1" and 105lbs soaking wet and me at 5'10" and 345lbs. She will say she has had two c-sections and her gall bladder removed so I need to suck it up. LOL. We will all be praying for you.

Jafter I got a little confused with the pre op till today weight you've lost did you go back up after surgury? I'm with you on what they say Ideal weight is. my goal is right with yours. I'm 5'10 and I was 200 when I started dating my wife and that's we're I want to go back to I looked healthy there I believe at 175lbs my ideal weight I'd look to small. How long we're you out of work and what type of work do you do ? Lloyd
