  7. Not to interior, but I had a fill on Tuesday and today I am suppose to be on"normal" food...I attempted a piece of chicken second bite is stuck and I just threw up liquid like saliva...how do I make it stop....HELP..
  8. I was banded in April and am having the same problem...I excercise every day and I am only eating 1 meal a day with slim fast for the other 2 and am only down 24 lbs total since April....and it goes up and down every day! so frustrated...
