  1. I would continue walking along with the boot camp. Even though you don't feel your doing anything you really are. Or maybe try jogging or power walking to mix up your reg walking.
  2. I try to do it exactly but if it's too hard I just do what I can. That's exactly why I'm doing this workout. Not like the extra skin.
  3. I had my surgery on may 3rd and went to my second doc visit the 19th of June and he gave me the ok to do whatever I want. Those were his exact words. So no I didn't start light. I mean I struggle with some of the moves but at least I'm doing something and over time I'll get better at it. Just finished my first week and I feel so accomplished! And I can honestly tell a difference in my legs. :-) I would def check with your doc and see what he says bc it is a very hard workout. When did u have your surgery?

    As anyone tried p90x since getting their surgery? Today is my 3rd day. It's hard, but it feels great just finishing them.

  10. My surgery is may 3rd! I'm so excited but this liquid diet is a lot harder than I imagined.
