Never Fear anything but God you can do this and will do this and be happy that you did!! Now Go have your surgery and write me when you go shopping for a size 10!! I will be there for you!! And you will be there for yourself!! Lets Do this!!!!!!! Your going to look fabulous after surgery!!!!

I don't know what happen this morning but the spirit of God moved me to go out within the community and start a Walk for the Obesity Cure (Lap Band) For Those who can't afford to Pay for the Surgery!! who have no insurance!! When you drop a pebble in the Water what happens? It creates a Ripple Effect! Right!! Well I figure we can all place a pebble in the water by helping financially those who are in serious need of the surgery and can't afford it!! I don't care if I have to travel from state to state city to city!! I'm going to start a None for Profit Organization to help those who are less fortunate!! I have my maters in Social Work!! Let me Put it to work!! If you want to participate in helping me start this organization or with sending funding to get this started then email me at Shrcumm@yahoo.com. I will dedicate my life to helping people like myself who suffer with obesity!! All monies will be tracked and receipts given for those who are eager to help. Remember when you give in helping others achieve their goals like yourself and stop only thinking about yourself and think about others then and only then does the blessing come upon you!! Lets do this!! I want to Walk for the Cure to Combat Obesity!! Lets do a Lap Band Patients Only Walk!! I don't care if you been banded for 1 day or 100 years lets help someone who is less fortunate and make a Name for Ourselves Lets Put Lap Band on the Map!!!!! Are you Prepared for the Consequences of your blessings? I just want all old bandsters and new bandsters to know that the more weight you loose and the healthier you get! There will be consequences for your blessings and you must be ready for it!! I have learned that this is and will be a life changing event!! This is not a miracle cure for weight loss but it is and can be a blessing in disguise! The dictionary states that a blessing in disguise is: something that at first appears to be bad or unlucky but is actually good!! And if you are not prepared for the consequences that follow this weight loss journey!! This can be a very negative event! I have heard many say that they feel that that the Lap Band Failed them. You must have faith, because if you have been a victim for so long and have had many bad experiences anything that good the follows it may appear to be a threat!! But know that those who have been through hell and back this could be a major revelation for you!! Learn to be prepared for the consequences of your blessings!! People will envy you, not be supportive, even hate you!! But find family and friends that support you and hold on to them!! The trouble with weight has not come to break you, its a test to make you stronger!! Its almost like a open book test the questions are located in the back! of the book! No reason to fail! You just have to do research to get the answers!! Its a Test!! None of us can fail because the answers are there!! God will never give us test that we are not prepared for!! You must learn how to do research on this Lap Band Weight loss so we can pass the test!! Failure is not an option!!

Today is a New Day and a Fresh Start to do maybe what you failed at yesterday!! If you wanted to make changes in your life today is the day to do it!! If you ate too much, if you ate the wrong things, if you didn't get a chance to workout, even if you forgot to Thank God for all he has done for you with this new life!! Thanks Everyone for the Love!! I Felt It!!

I realized that for many years I didn't Love Myself. Loving others and food was more easier then loving me!! I hated the way I looked and allowed many to just come into my life and treat me so bad. As a way of medicating myself I turned to food! It was easier then facing the truth!! I away's wondered why God kept me repeating the same cycle in my life as if I were in a summer school class. Then I got it clear as day. I had to repeat those classes (Life) because I had not learned from my mistakes. If you don't love You then no one else will!! I love myself more and more each day and will never allow food, men. harsh people take advantage of me ever again!! I learned from my mistakes and I am going all the way to being a much better me!!! NO MORE SUMMER SCHOOL!!!

What to do when food gets stuck? I ate this morning and it feels like its still there!! Stuck right in my chest area!! Should I go vomit!! I can't take this feeling!!! HELP!!!

Okay so I went to the doctor yesterday thinking I was going to get a fill but No!! I got stiches removed and I learned that I was down 25 in 2 weeks since surgery!!! Wow Thats why I have been feeling so Sexy!!! OMG wait until I loose 75 Pounds!! Im gonna be on the cover of Vouge Magazine!!!! OMG Oh MY God!!!!! Thanks Lap Band!!!

For all of you who need encouragement, I just want you to know that from the beginning to the end of this Lap Band Process it is not going to be easy but, God said that he will always be with you and dont worry you can do this!! Never Fear because God is working on you each and everyday to do this Lap Band Struggle and Be the Best You are going to be in this life time. And If you feel like you are loosing this battle and not losing the weight that you want, you pick up your bible and begin to read Isaiah 41:10.(Please) Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10 Oh I see the doctor today for my fill and I wont Fear!!

I feel as If my Doctor was the Land Lord, and I am the Tenant, And My Body is the Building!! Because This Lap Band Has Given Me a New Lease on Life!!! Everyday I amaze myself on how Good Im Looking and Feeling.. Never Give in or Give up Go collect your Lease Agreement and show off my new apartment (your body) like never before!!! You Owe It To Yourself!! The Struggle is OVER!!!

Oh My God These Stitches Are Tyring to Kill Me!! Why would they put them where I have to close my pants? Just to sit down it hurts to walk it hurts and it itches and is so sore!! Are these Stiches trying to kill me!!! I feel like earing my Night Gown to Work!! To Be Pain Free!!
