I experianced the same pain by my port for the first couple of weeks after surgery, think it must of been healing pains, i still get the odd cramp pain there now ( five weeks post op), but other than that my scars have healed well. I also didnt feel hungry for the first couple of weeks, but believe me that will change soon, and you,ll need a fill. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
  2. Hi i had my surgery 5 days ago, i did have some shoulder pain the first day, but was told to drink pleanty of water and keep moving around. I was given some pain killers too which helped, but i can honestly say i think it was the drinking and moving about that did it for me.
  3. Having mine done Thursday, getting really nervous!!!!!!
  4. Has anyone had a lap band fitted by Mr Super, ive got surgery booked with him next week, geeting more anxious every day. Been reading bad things that could happen on internet, maybe i shouldnt of.
