  1. oh and give it a good cut .it will trigger it to grow.keep trimming it every 6 weeks .to keep it in good condition.you dont need to cut it all off.im a hairdresser trust me.itl come back.i lost loads when i was pregnant.for about ayear and a half.but it all came back the same.so dont worry.but do sort your thyroid problem out .thats prob why the biotin isnt working ?
  2. thyroid problems can give you hairloss.so when youve sorted that out it should settle down then.its the quick weight loss.and the hormones.like when your pregnant you tend to loose alot of hair.it will settle down tho.

  8. i feel the same. im due end of september .and i am absolutelty s....... myself lol.i feel like im cracking up.im losing weight already through worry and stress.il be glad when its over to be honest.one minute im excited and cant wait the next im depressed and thinking no i aint having it done.its a bloody rolercoaster already lol

  11. is there anyone 2 years x out on this forum .just wondering how they feel ,what thier eating and would they have gone through it again ?.my dates are coming close and im starting to panick ALOT. my main worry is .i suffer from panick attacks .and im affraid after the surgery it will start them off.or the hormone change will trigger deppression .any help would be very appreciated.
