  3. Thanx guy I'm already taking RX iron pills for the anemia but I was starting to get worried because I have 2 more month of weight in's and then I'm submitting for surgery. But this takes my axiety away thank you
  4. Good Morning all. I was wondering for the past two month my doctor has found that my Iron is low I'm post-op and now i'm afraid that my surgeon will not preform the surgery with my iron so low. did anyone post-op have anemia before going into surgery if so did you have any complications?? Thanx for the response.
  5. From what I see on the forum it varies. With my surgeon after I have my 6month, NUT visit, Phyc Evaluation, and the support groups done I see him again that day I get my surgery which will be two weeks from that day.
  6. Yes I'm hoping for begining of october also. The wait is killing me but I won't give up keep me posted if you want add me as a friend. u never know we even might get the same surgery date
  7. My doctor started to count on the first visit I spoke to him about the surgery I started in april I'm doing the 6 month process. so I believe your first visit should be May.
  8. My doctor was non-compliant and I ask my surgeon's coordinator what to do she referred me to a PCP and I love him he cares for his patients like they are family and is helping me through the process.

Please keep us posted on what the allergist said I am pre-op and I have many allergies I was concern of the staple line and if I would be allergic to it but I was told that they are hypoallergenic. It would be interesting to know what your allergist says I'm planing on going to mine and asking before surgery about the staple line.

  13. Why would he compare it to that I'm also post-op and if my surgeon said this I would be freak out myself.

  15. Sleeve of steel "cancer free" that's awesome and the plus on not gaining weight it's a very nice perk LOL yes it is promising!!!
