  1. I'm stalled now and keep stalling. I lose 2lbs and stall for 4 weeks. It's getting frustrating. I had surgery April 2 and am down 62lbs. Nothing breaks my stalls.
  2. Crystal light gives me heartburn too

  11. This past month I have been in a horrible stall, bouncing around the same 2lbs. But today I took pictures and I can totally tell that even though the scale isn't moving, I'm definitely losing inches. The picture on the left was taken last month and the picture on the right was taken today, 7/24/2012. I'm down 53lbs so far.
  12. The eating issue is mind over matter. If you don't mind, it don't matter. I knew I wanted this surgery the year before we left Korea so I mentally prepared myself for whatnot expect. I really don't mind not being able to eat much because I'm losing weight and seeing changes in me. My back no longer hurts, I can climb stairs without huffing and puffing, I can lay on my back, and see bones I haven't seen in forever. Lol. Life is good. I'm loving me more and more as weeks go by and that's what keeps me focused. I have a long way to go weight wise but I'm down 53lbs and under 200 for the first time in 4 years. I'm over the moon.
  13. I did not go through that program. Not even sure what it is. My husband was with me. He waited in the waiting room and then came into my actual room but I made him go home with the kids.
  14. When the time is right, you will know who you want to tell. Some people think I took the easy way out. They really have no idea.
  15. Yea I told everyone. I am pretty much an open book. Lolol
  16. I was referred by my doctor in late January and went to the class on feb 18th. I had my psych eval on march 13 and was sleeved April 2
  17. I did have dr rice. I'm mad that he is deployed now because I really don't care for dr Shriver. He doesn't let you get a word in edgewise and always makes you feel like you are doing something you aren't. I always feel rushed when I have my appointments and he just makes me feel like I'm going to fail. I'm 53lbs down and had surgery April 2.
