This is my first post on this forum! ( yay me for jumping out of my comfort zone). Thank all of you for your comments and encouraging words about this topic. I'm in the early stages of the approval process but have been praying about this for about 2 years. The guilt has controlled be up to this point but I'm ready to take this step. My body is giving me signals that I need to make a change, and soon!!!
