On the incision over where my tummy is left of my incision. I called the doctor this am and she said its just healing and if it gets worse to call. She said I could take tylenol pm or Benadryl for sleep. Auh!!!! It hurts so bad!!

  9. What about the biggest loser slim coach? Anyone try that? I don't want to spend the extra $ when I have no problem (besides the bulkyness) with the body bug. What to do?!? What to do?!?!?
  10. Yeah nausea was a big pia for me! Sleeping sux! I'm a belly sleeper and stick pillows under my sides but some nights I ultimately end up on my belly! Was cleared for gym no heavy lifting though and no pool!! Boo!!!
  11. I'm one week post op, July 17, and I have not measured myself but I am down 16 pounds. Not sure how I am going to get all my protein in but we shall see! I seriously hate the tastes of protein shakes!
  12. I have heard a lot of you talk about this... I'm now a little intrigued. Reviews? Hate it? Love it? Worth the money? I have a body bug which is an arm strap and a watch that gives me up to dates and was $400.00. It's just always having to wear an arm strap. I bought it when they were big on The Biggest Loser and after I got my crap band. So I am unsure as to what I want to use!! Advice?
  13. It seems to be. I'm happier not getting in my protein. Has anyone felt this way??
  14. I'm still going to try it though after hearing other people bc I'm having a hard time getting protein in. What flavor is good ladies?
  15. I am not sure exactly what I should be eating exactly?!?!? Opinions greatly appreciated!!
