  1. I would say stick to your larger pair of work pants. I wore a tighter pair of work pants and could barely sit to drive, it was horrible! Although it fits over the ass, the belly is a bit bloated still. I'm wondering when the belly starts to unbloat?
  2. I take any of the cream or pre made soup, put 1/2 cup in my Magic Bullet with lots of spinach and blend it all together. Spinach is loaded with good vitamins.
  3. I'm 9 days post op and my belly makes me look prego. Do stomach muscles ever become the same as they were before? Maybeit's Too early to be able to "suck It in"...
  4. Do you have PCOS too?
  5. In my pre op month ive dropped 18 pounds......and my hormone hate me! I've had three periods, in ten day increments in the last month...am I alone here ladies?
  6. I recommend a Magic Bullet.....you can mash any cooked veggie or fruit in it and play with the consistently by adding water, milk, butter, yogurt, stevia, Broth or whatever......this way you get some produce In cooked or raw, and lay off the added salts and preservatives. find a cold protein powder that can go sweet or salty and add that in too! I like the Simply Complete non dairy protein powder.
  7. Maybe a fan or something In he room to make noise?
  8. I'm a 6/4 too! Can't wait to feel normal again!
  9. Liquid multi vitamins are easier than chewables and contain more 100% than gummys. Gummys I found only have partial DV not 100% that we need.

  11. I'm end of may!! right behind you ladies! They won't schedule my surgery until my 6 month visit is complete which is on May 3.....so I guess I'll find out my band date then- they said it would be end of May, I'll be heart broken if its different.
