  1. This is directed to professional sleeves, did anyone experience pain in different spots each day, yesterday was my leg, now it's my back and rib cage?
  2. That's ok everyone calls me Holly I answer either way. Just to let you know today is the first day I can drink faster so hopefully that will happen for you.
  3. Yeah I think it was that but I am allergic to bandaids too so I just took everything off and am using a cream.
  4. Hello it's Hope, I was a day ahead of you in TJ. I had my daughter with me. Anyway same issues here but I figured out the warm liquid thing a couple of days ago. I flavor it with lemon it helps it taste better. I started on creamy soups yesterday they cramped me bad the first day but today going down smoothly. Just hang in there.
  5. I had surgery last Tuesday and now I have blisters around the incision site is this normal
  6. I am 6 days post op and I wasn't suppose to start full liquids until tomorrow but there was No way I could do clears anymore so I started creamy soups today and that did the trick. I had two of them in 9 hours and I feel so much better.
  7. I just had surgery Tues with him and I did not have to have that.
  8. I am 5 days post op and I am able to tolerate all the clear liquids but I am so tired. Does anyone know if I can add protein powder in my broth? Also if I strain Lipton onion soup is that considered clear?
  9. I'm doing amazing I am still in shock how easy this was. I should have done it sooner.
  10. I seen her yesterday after her surgery she looked great. She should be somewhere here at Mariott but I haven't seen her.
  11. I had mine in Tijuana with the amazing Dr Garcia.
  12. Had my surgery Tuesday and it really wasn't that bad. The worst thing is my hand is really swollen from the IV and it hasn't gone down at all getting worried about that but all in all just adjusting to sipping and not taking a normal drink. I had two cups of chicken broth yesterday, I didn't really want them but I am trying to keep my strength up. I feel like I can sleep and sleep, trying to get out of that habit. Maybe it's normal not sure. All and all I can't wait for the weight to start dropping, this was the best decision I ever made.
  13. I am laying in hospital bed waiting for them to take me down. They said it would be at 12:30 but I guess they are late. Waiting is not my strong suite. I just want to get it over.
  14. Anyone here had surgery with Dr. Garcia and did you have to take protein powder with you. I'm leaving tomorrow and am confused as what to bring.

  17. Thanks everybody I'm trying vitamins and a vaporizer I do feel better so hopefully I will be better by next Tuesday.
  18. I am being sleeved next Tuesday and yesterday I caught a severe chest cold. I don't want to take any medicine because of this upcoming surgery but I'm wondering if they will even do it if I don't get over it. I have waited do long all my tickets are bought this would be a set back if I can't go.
  19. It has been a long journey to April 10th. I am getting so nervous and so excited. I am sure my mom is sick of me talking about it. I am getting sleeved by Dr. Garcia and staying at the Mariott if your down there and need support let me know.
  20. I am having surgery with Garcia on the 10th I am staying at Mariott if anybody wants to have a surgery buddy let me know.
