  1. I am one week post-op today, and am having trouble with knowing if I am hungry or not. I'm on the full liquid diet for another week and can not wait to have pureed food! Even if the majority of it will be baby food... Sometimes I feel like I get too much liquid in at one time? And then there are times that I feel like I can hold more than the 2-4oz of liquid. Anyone else feel like this? No pain with it, just a feeling like I need to burp but can't.
  2. It puts me at ease to know that I'm not alone with this! Capt Derel, V8 is also on my list, but apple juice is definitely at the top for now. lol. Glad to hear that it does get easier! thanks!
  3. Thanks so much! You make me feel a lot better! It is so frustrating trying to get in a the water and protein! 48oz of water and 70g of protein. Makes me tired just thinking about it! lol
  4. Thanks so much! I am just terrified that i am doing it all wrong and will get a leak!. lol. Will definitely have to check out the nectar stuff.
  5. I was sleeved on 3-19, so I'm almost a week out. I am now on a two week liquids only diet. My problem is, all I want is apple juice and ice water! I've tried doing different Protein shakes/drinks and it seems as though my tummy just doesn't want them! I get a very uncomfortable extremely "full" feeling from even the smallest amount of Protein Drink. I'm so worried! My Nut said that I should be getting at least 70g a day and I'm actually only getting 10g at the most. I'm guessing that it gets easier as actual foods are introduced? Also, i was told by my Nut to constantly sip liquids throughout these next two weeks. I'm afraid I may be over doing it? No pain, but a lot of the full feeling. What are the chances of getting a leak from taking in too much liquid? I'm terrified of a leak!!!
