  1. Omg I'm not the only one! It's 83 outside and I'm wearing a jump suit and wool socks with blankets. I can not get warm! I'm 3 days out and freezing!!!
  2. I just had mine on the 21st and my dr. Didn't even give me a prescription. I've been taking aspirin and it's been fine. Surviving the lack of food has been harder.
  3. I'm glad I read this cause I was thinking grits and eggs are sort of liquid lol
  4. I didn't tell anyone except for the people who would be directly, you know, impacted; my husband and mother and one friend, but I didn't tell anybody else because I didn't want to have that conversation about complications, that it's an easy way out you know your whole life can change...I understood those things..you know I don't think anybody wanted to have a conversation about all of the complications with obesity which are far greater. So it really just wasn't a conversation i wanted to have everyday. Now that I've had the surgery obviously I can't get away with saying I had a bad case of dysentery but I think that, you know, I don't have to have that conversation and I can just discuss why and maybe encourage other people to lose weight. The people in my life are eating healthier now because of what I've gone through.
  5. When are grits? Cause I have cream of wheat for two weeks, but I'd much rather have grits
  6. I felt the same way. I was so hungry after the surgery and I think it's cause I didn't do well on the pre diet. I am day 2 and couldn't wait for my protein shake lol
