Its very normal. It does get better with time. I'm 7 month out and depending on what I eat I still hear it...

Down 77lbs today and just rode my first roller coaster ever.. I was always afraid of not being able to fit in the seat... but tonight I did and it was AWESOME!

Its a mind thing. My dr. Said that doing push ups off the wall while standing will help that. Or some weights from walmart....

I had this done also and thought it was no biggie until i was puking with every meal. So i googled hernia repair and its a major surgery with in its self. And with surgery there is swelling. once i realized where it was located and that the swelling was kinda like an obstruction. I just had to eat even slower and chew even more. It will go down more and more each week and it will get easier to eat and keep food down.

I check them on a regular basis and never find anything decent. Its all older and not my style...:-(

I was the same way.. Now it will take me all day to drink the $1 tea (unsweet of course) from McDonalds.. Lol. Even the small water bottles are hard for me to finush at once...

Sooooo glad i saw this.... I felt like i smelled like a working construction man but nobody else smelled it... And i am also breaking out like a school girl...

Also i know some of the protein shakes are NASTY!!!!! I use the champion vanilla and i add the red sugar free Hawiian punch powder packet to it.. Tastes like a fruit punch cream cicle

I go to weight loss surgery center at mary immaculate hospital. Dr. Terricina is my dr. They are a WONDERFUL.AND SUPPORTIVE STAFF.

Willowsknot my NUT said i need to get 800calories aday atleast for my body to continue to lose weight. But i also need to get my fluids in too. It was very hard until i started drinking sugar free carnation Instant breakfast or making sure i get my protein shakes in. Its killing two birds with one stone. Your getting more calories and the hydration part too.

Kim i was the same way and the following week i lost 4lbs.. Your not getting enough calories and your doy is in starvation mode. Its keeping everything you eat for the fear it wont get more. Once i got my calories up i was back to my regularly scheduled program...LOL

I also got sick after eating. I was not taking enough time chewing... I started chopping my food up very fine and chewing for 30sec and waiting 30more sec before i took another bite. Your not getting enough calories for the exersize your doing. My dr told me i could not do zumba until i was getting my calories in consistantly for 2weeks. Your body is going into starvation mode and keeping everything you eat for the fear it will not get anything else to eat.
