  2. I did not lose very fast at first...i was very sad. I thought this was just one more on my long list of weight loss failures... But... I have lost 175 lbs...For me, I had to get a fill every month for a year before I got to a point where i only had to go every 6 mo or so. Thats when i started losing faster than the first year.. took about 3 yrs... I had to keep in mind that it would probably take that long, as that is what i had heard and read before i had surgery
  3. I still have issues with pasta and bread but I know people who can eat those things.. I can however eat tortilla chips, as long as they are light and crispy... I use them instead of bread or crackers
  4. I have noticed that the ones that dont have fills regularly dont have much success and do not like the lap band...I had to go every month for the first yr until it got filled to the right spot,, since then about every 6 months
  5. I am pretty sure...weight has been a part of my life for so long..nice
