  1. It will be all good. Go liquid diet the week prior(protein shake-clear broth-sugar free popsicles) I had mine in a surgury centure it take about an 2 hour to do. Then they transported me to a Beverly Hills rceovcery center and it was fantastic. The waited on you hand and foot. The made walk around every 3 hours and kept checking all vitial sings. Just relax this is going to be the best deceision you have ever made bu having the procedure.
  2. Peppermint tea seemed to allways work or regular hot tea.
  3. I got banded 3/28 and I get shoulder pain when I attempt to eat something a little solid. Is that normal.
  4. Im glad to hear that Im not the only one wanting to eat like crazy. I got banded 3/28 and it seems Im able to eat anytype of food without a problem. I get my 1st fill in 2 weeks and I hope that starts to curve my appitite.
  5. I've been banded for 18 days and Im eating small portions of boiled chicken. My body seems to toilerate it.
  6. I have my surgery yesterday also. I have a tremendous amount of naseua. I called my Dr. and he said thats to be expected, just keep taking naseua meds.
  7. Im 2 weeks before my procedure. I take (diovan and protonixs everyday) What do you do once post-op (mash the pills or just swallow)
  8. and your 8 days out. What are you eating/drinking and how much per meal. Where you in any pain after surgery and how are you now.

  10. Hello im Scott and im scheduled to have Surgery on March 28. Please let me know what is the best kind of protein shake/drink to have. I would like to talk to someone personally who has had the procedure recently. I have a few questions.
