  1. I use it all the time. It is the best calorie tracker out there.
  2. I use it also. I am newtonya2012 on there.
  3. Sorry about the mispelling in the last message. I was trying to put Sicklerville but the autocorrect on my phone put it wrong. It will be two months on 04/28.
  4. That's great! I grew up in sickle revile. We were sleeved at the same place
  5. Thanks for all of your advice. I'm on my way as we speak !
  6. I am six weeks out and have lost an amazing 30 pounds. During the past 6 weeks and even on my pre op diet I have not really eat out at all. Well I am getting ready to go to vacation for a week to Aruba and I am going to be eating out every night. I am excited about going but nervous about eating out. What should I order? What do most of you who are on regular diets eat when you go out?
  7. I am 6 weeks out and I struggled with the same problem. I had to really concentrate on just wanting to eat just to have something in my mouth and whether I was really hungry. I am doing much better with it now. I just concentrate on eating to stay healthy and not eating for some kind of comfort.
  8. I also had one right before surgery and that's it.
  9. I had the same problem at that point but the milk of magnesia cleared that right up.
  10. I am about 5 weeks out and everything is going well except one thing. I absolutely despise chewable vitamins. What kind of vitamins (brand) are the rest of you taking for your multi and calcium citrate? Is anyone taking gel vitamins? Also where did you buy your vitamins?
  11. I went through that being cold all the time for the first few weeks. Now that I am a month out it is not as bad. I am not sure about the blue nails.
  12. I use prilosec because I dont need a prescription for it and it does the job well.
  13. I had my dates all backwards. I just reached 4 weeks yesterday. I am eating just about everything. I eat alot of fish and chicken and tunafish. I eat mashed potatoes and veges and things of similar consistency. all my incisions are all healed and I started walking 4 days a week. I have reached a stall on week 3 and only lost a few pounds but all my clothes are hanging off me so I am sure I have already lost 1-2 dress sizes. From what I read on the boards it is very common to have a stall at week 3. Thats why I started stepping up my walking this week. I see my doc next so hopefully he lets me work out more. I finally am getting my energy back. I really dont have any pain and just a little soreness sometimes. Its been tough but so worth it.
  14. Personally i only lost about 5 pounds prior to my surgery.
  15. I needed to hear this same thing. I have been in a stall also for week 3. Thanks for the encouragement.
  16. I just started eating soft foods and fish. It's amazing how quick I get full. Still working on not eating to the point where I feel stuffed. Now that I can eat soft foods I'm also working on getting in all of my liquids. The weight is still coming off so it's so worth it!
  17. doing quite well. Yesterday was my 3 week anniversary and so far, so good. Congrats on your 3 week anniversary. Did you start exercising yet? I think I can at week 4 in a couple weeks.
  18. I am having trouble figuring out when I am full. I am just about three weeks out and I just started soft foods. I am eating about 3 onces a meal but I feel like I am overeating. I eat the 3 ounces but I keep feeling overly full like I ate to much and I get a weird feeling overly full and I have this indigestion feeling in my throat. Am I eating to fast? how do you know when you are full?
  19. Fantastic! I hope it works well for you. I just switched over to soft foods today. Its interesting how little I can eat.
