You sound like you are doing great! We are always harder on ourselves. The slower weight loss may be a blessing in disguise...you probably won't have hanging skin. I hope that you start to feel better about your situation soon!!!

I purchased the Ninja Master Prep Pro. With my coupon, I paid $39.99 at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I haven't tried it yet...but I hear good things about it. If I like it, I will get the more expensive blender.

Shanice, I wish you the best of luck. My process has been less than desirable. The office staff in my surgeon's office has been horrible, but I took care of that yesterday. They wouldn't submit my paperwork because my bmi was too low, according to my insurance company. Long story short, I finally got my approval and surgery date yesterday. My only regret, is that I didn't do this sooner. It is good that you are being proactive at such a young age. I'm sure that everything will be fine!!! Keep us posted!!!

My doctor's office requires you to do Opti-Fast. It's expensive...I spent over $180 yesterday for two weeks worth of shakes, soups and bars yesterday. I am not looking forward to the pre-op stage, but I can't wait for post-op!!! Good luck to everyone!!!
